I thought that it would be useful to be able to place a maximum bid on a horse in an auction before it starts for those who may be out of town during an important auction or know they will not be able to place a bid otherwise.
Could work like ebay in that the lowest possible bid would be placed and would be run up accordenly (up to the max bid placed) by the other players bidding after the start of the auction.
I know the idea is very rough and there are issues such as multiple \"pre-bids\" being placed on one horse but I thought with some brainstorming the concept could work and be very useful.
